Here at Unger Window & Door we can submit a warranty claim on your behalf. This means WE talk to the manufacturer and coordinate the details of your claim, not you. It only makes sense. If you think you have a problem just give us a call and we’ll take care of the rest!

AllWeather

AllWeather offers a twenty-year transferable warranty, which protects you from seal failure of insulated glass units as well as vinyl (PVC) components. Warranty work is completed by AllWeather’s trained professionals, direct from the manufacturer.

Gentek

Gentek offers a lifetime limited warranty, which covers seal failure of insulated glass units and vinyl (PVC) components for as long as you own your home. Unger Window & Door also acts as an authorized Gentek service representative for warranty claims. This means our own technicians have the ability to perform warranty repairs while on-site on behalf of Gentek greatly increasing our ability to take care of you.

Masonite

Masonite offers a lifetime limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects as well as seal failure of insulated glass units.
